【Pick-Up】
Our store is not located inside Chubu Centrair International Airport.
We provide a free shuttle service to our location.
After arriving at Chubu Centrair International Airport and collecting your luggage, please call us at 0569-36-3100.
The shuttle takes about 10 minutes, but it may take longer depending on traffic or scheduling with other passengers.
★ Meeting Point ★
Passengers using Terminal 1: After passing through the arrival gate, cross the connecting walkway, pass through the Access Plaza, take the elevator in Building G of Parking Structure P1 down to the 1st floor, and wait at the "General Vehicle Pick-up Area" (一般車のりば). (Approx. 5-minute walk)
Passengers using Terminal 2: After passing through the arrival gate, exit through the door directly in front of you. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, follow the signs for Parking Structure P3, take the elevator in Building S of Parking Structure P3 down to the 1st floor, and wait at the "General Vehicle Pick-up Area" (一般車のりば). (Approx. 5-minute walk)
[Return]
Please return your vehicle to our store at the end of your rental. We will then shuttle you to the airport.
The shuttle may take some time, so please allow plenty of time for the return.
Domestic Flights: Please return 1.5 to 2 hours before your flight departure.
International Flights: Please return 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight departure.

Please return the vehicle to our store. Afterward, we will provide shuttle service back to the airport.
Please allow sufficient time as the shuttle may take some time.We kindly ask you to return the vehicle with enough margin before your flight.
(Domestic flights)：Please return the vehicle between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours before your flight departure time.
(International flights)：Please return the vehicle between 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours before your flight departure time.
