1. For customers arriving by plane: After arriving at Osaka Airport (Itami Airport), please contact our store immediately. We will pick you up with our shuttle car. *Meeting point: Please proceed straight from the Arrival Gate (2nd floor), where you will find a connecting bridge (2nd floor). Once you cross the bridge, there will be the monorail ticket gate on your right and an escalator leading downstairs on your left. Please descend to the 1st floor. 2.For customers arriving by train: From the Monorail "Osaka Airport Station" to "Hotarugaike Station," it's just a 5-minute train ride.
