If you provided your flight number when booking, our shuttle driver will be waiting for you in the Arrival Hall.
(If you did not provide a flight number, please call our office upon arriving at the airport.)
After giving you your queue number, we will take you to our office via shuttle bus (takes about 7 minutes).
[IMPORTANT] Airport Shuttle Service & Pickup Procedure During Peak Hours
To avoid long waits and ensure a smooth departure when multiple flights arrive at the same time,
we kindly ask for your cooperation in allowing "drivers only" to take the priority shuttle and complete the pickup process first.
Upon arrival at the airport, our staff will ask for your preferred shuttle option:
Priority Departure: Only the driver(s) take the shuttle first to complete procedures.
Travel Together with Companions: The entire party takes the shuttle together (longer wait times may occur during busy periods).
[Return]
After returning a vehicle at our branch, we will shuttle you to the airport.
※The shuttle service operates only between our branch and Okadama Airport or Sakaemachi Station (on the Namboku Subway Line).
・Please return a vehicle to our branch at least one hour before your flight departure time.
