Please go to Meeting service counter on the 1st floor of an arrival lobby in Terminal 2. (There is a sign “Avis and Budget “)
Please let the staff know that you have a reservation with Budget and then please go to a pick up location.
*If the service counter is unattended, please call the Narita Airport store directly (TEL: 0476-35-5300). You may use public payphone at the airport in case you don't have any Japanese phone number.
【About payment】
・When you rent a vehicle at a renting location, please pay the total amount of the rental fee by credit card. We cannot accept cash, cheques, bank transfer or debit card.
【Other】
・Towards the license within acquisition after one year, we will refuse the leasing of car.
