Upon arrival, proceed to the Budget Rent-a-Car counter near arrival gate 3 on the 1st floor. No reservation needed; a free shuttle bus (~15 min) will take you to the store. When returning, come back to the store — we'll arrange your airport transfer. *Airport direct return is not available.
★Directions to the counter:
・ANA / Air Do / Peach ⇒ Turn left after the arrival gate
・JAL / Skymark / FDA / Jetstar / Spring Airlines ⇒ Take the outside walkway and turn right
*Please check in at the counter before waiting for the shuttle bus.
*After 5 PM, no staff on-site. Use the tablet at the counter to check in and wait nearby.
★Golden Week & Summer (9:00–17:00):
The shuttle departs from a temporary stop — not the usual one. Complete counter registration first. Expect possible wait times 10:00–11:30. If you need mobility assistance or have a stroller/cart, please notify us at registration.
★International passengers:
Check in at the AVIS Budget counter tablet on the 1st floor of the international terminal and wait nearby.
