Shin-Chitose Airport Shuttle Service
We provide free shuttle service from Shin-Chitose Airport to the rental office.
From April 20th to October 31st, the shuttle bus operates on a regular schedule.
After confirming your rental reservation, you will need to book the shuttle bus through a dedicated reservation form, so please take note.
The rental pickup will be done at the Shin-Chitose Airport office.
Please be sure to contact us in advance.
Pets are not allowed in the shuttle vehicle.
If you are traveling with pets, please take a taxi directly to the rental office. We are unable to cover taxi expenses.
Rental Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM.

Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the counter. There will be a shuttle bus service to the branch (approx. 15 min).
*If you cannot come to the counter, we will not be able to provide a shuttle bus service.
When returning the car, please make sure to drop it back to the branch. There will be a shuttle bus service to the airport.

The Budget Rental Car counter is located near the Arrival Gate 3.
(There are 12 counters for various car rental companies)
・All Nippon Airways, Air Do, Peach, Vanilla Air ⇒ Immediately to the left of the Arrival Gate.
・Japan Airlines, Skymark, Fuji Dream Airline ⇒ From the arrival gate, please take the temporary passage to the right
(When you go through the temporary passage, you will be passing the shuttle bus stop, however please proceed to the Budget Rent-a-Car counter first.)


During the peak season (mid-July to late September) from 9:00 to 18:00, the shuttle buses will operate from/to a temporary bus stop.
During the above period, buses will not stop at the regular bus stop, so please make sure to proceed to the reception counter.

The Budget Rent-a-Car counter is located near the Arrival Gate 3.

After you arrive at New Chitose Airport, please proseed to transportation information counter located on the 1st floor at the International Terminal Building.
You tell your name and that you have a reservation with us, then a staff will call to our office for you.

Offers free shuttle service between New Chitose Airport/Chitose Station and our store.
After completing your reservation, FUJI CARS JAPAN will contact you directly via email regarding the pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
Please review the email and reply directly to FUJI CARS JAPAN.
May not be able to accommodate last-minute free shuttle requests for the same day or within three days.

A free shuttle bus service is available from New Chitose Airport (operating hours: 8:00 -18:45)

Please contact us(070-4386-2598) upon arrival at the airport. It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to arrange the shuttle service.

【Pick-up location】
・Domestic terminal: Either at bus stop No. 30 or at the south bus stop next to the police station.
・International terminal: At bus stop No. 98 .

Free transportation between the airport and a HIPs branch is provided via shuttle bus (travel time is about 8 minutes).
HIPs reception is available at the airport counter in the center of the first floor. Please exit the arrivals gate,
head left, and take the left hand escalator at the end to the first floor.
Head toward the center area and you will find the airport counter on the right.

Please pick up the phone, it will directly dial to the store, and inform your reservation name.
The staff will guide you to the pick-up location.

[Information on transport to and from New Chitose Airport]
J-net Rent-A-Car New Chitose Airport store offers courtesy transport from New Chitose Airport. * The airport has no J-net Rent-A-Car information counter.
Shuttle service is available from April to October, between 8:15 AM and 7:30 PM, and from November to March, between 8:15 AM and 6:30 PM.
1.Call us at toll-free TEL:+81-120-302-554 from your arrival gate.
2.Please exit the arrival gate and go through the automatic door to the outside.
3.Turn left and walk down the path along the main building. * It takes about 8 minutes if you walk from Arrival Gate 1.
4.Would you please wait for the J-net Rent-A-Car bus at the Authorized Vehicle Boarding Points South Side.

■ During the winter season, from November 1st to March 31st, our business hours are from 8:00 to 19:00.
■ In the Hokkaido region during the winter season, all vehicles come equipped with snow tires at no additional cost. (November 1st to March 31st)
■ Payment can be made using cash, credit cards, QR code payments, and other convenient methods.

7 min by car from New Chitose Airport (Shuttle available at airport. Ask at airport counter.) 10 min on foot from JR Minami Chitose Station.

We do not have a reception counter inside the airport. If you are arriving at the international terminal, please go to the exit and contact us at +819 2687 4556. We will pick you from bus stop no. 67 for no cost. If you are arriving at the domestic terminal, please contact us at +819 2687 4556. Please go to the left side of the lobby, towards the bus stop labeled "許可車乗降所" (Authorized Vehicle Pickup/Dropoff). A lavender bus marked with the Niconico Rentacar logo will come for pick-up every 10-15 minutes.

We provide free pick-up service to New Chitose Airport.
Please note that there is no company counter inside the airport.

●About Pick-Up Service
After arriving at the airport and preparing to move, please contact us.
The shuttle vehicle heading from the airport to our store will arrive approximately 15 minutes after your call. The pick-up locations are either Bus Stop No. 30 or the "Authorized Vehicle Pick-Up/Drop-Off Area" next to the police box. When you call us, we will inform you of the designated pick-up location. Please wait there.

Return: Please return your rental vehicle to the rental office. Then, we will provide a free shuttle service to New Chitose Airport. (8-10 minute drive.)

*Airport Shuttle Service
After arriving at New Chitose Airport, please contact us at (TEL +81-144-77-3186). About 10 minutes after receiving your call, we will pick you up at the Domestic Terminal, either at boarding point 30 or the south side of the police box, depending on your flight. For international flights, we will pick you up at boarding point 67.
※Please note that depending on the congestion of the shuttle service, weather conditions, and road conditions, there may be a waiting time. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

*For in-store visits

There are limitations on the number of vehicles we can accommodate, so please consult with us in advance.

We offer a free shuttle service to New Chitose Airport. Upon arrival, please contact us at the shuttle dial (0570-783-938)! The shuttle will arrive at the following boarding locations approximately every 20 minutes.

【ANA, Peach, AIR DO, IBEX】With your back to the airport building, proceed to the right, and you will find the 30th boarding spot marked with a yellow sign where the shuttle will stop.

【JAL, Skymark, Jetstar, Spring Japan, FDA】With your back to the airport building, proceed to the left, and you will see a police box (Koban). Beyond that, you will find the boarding spots numbered 1 to 10, marked with blue signs, where the shuttle will stop.

Please note that travel time may be extended due to road conditions or other passengers boarding and alighting.

Cancellation fees apply starting from 6 days before the rental date.
6 to 3 days before: 20% of the base rate
2 days before to the day before: 30% of the base rate
On the day: 50% of the base rate

Please proceed to the rental car reception counter located near ANA Arrival Gate 3 on the 1st floor of New Chitose Airport.
*The store is approximately a 7-minute shuttle ride away.

At your arrival, please visit our rental counter, which is located in the lobby on the 1st floor. Our staff will meet you and drive to our Chitose Office.

Please take the free shuttle bus from the Airport Terminal to "Long Time Car Park". There is a bus every 10 minutes.

*The pick-up/drop-off location
For customers coming from domestic terminal : Bus/Taxi lane number 1 next to the permitted vehicle entrance/exit(許可車乗降所).
For customers coming from international terminal : Next to pillar number 98.

※Please contact our New Chitose branch if you are arriving after 17:00.

Our staff members will be waiting for you at our counter located in the center of the Domestic arrival lobby.

Please note that you will not be able to rent a rental car at our airport counter.
We will arrange for your transporation to our branch with a minibus (approx. 10~15 minutes).
Please Note
The last free shuttle bus from the branch to New Chitose Airport departs at 19:00.
Please be careful when returning the car as we cannot provide a free pick-up service after 19:00.
