*If you return the vehicle to us at any time before the expiration of the term of your rental agreement, we will refund you the unused portion of the basic charge.
However, an appropriate halfway cancellation fee will be assessed.

The early termination fee shall be limited to a maximum of 6,600 JPY.
*Please note that if you are traveling with a pet (only for P5, W and RV classes), you need to make a reservation at the store in advance.
*Pets should be placed in a cage and a special sheet should be laid under the cage.
*A pet ride fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged for each rental.

※ There is no rental car counter for our company inside the airport.

We have multiple shuttle buses circulating between the airport and the store at approximately 10-minute intervals. The travel time between the airport and the store is about 7 to 8 minutes.
Head towards Exit 1 at the terminal and proceed to the left. Once outside, continue to the left, passing the police station and the No.1 boarding location, where you'll find the permitted vehicle boarding stops numbered ① to ⑩.
