※ We may upgrade you to a higher class vehicle without changing your reserved rate or conditions.
※ Payment for W6 and WH4 classes is limited to credit card only.
※ For other classes, credit card payment is preferred. If paying in cash, please provide additional ID specified by our company along with your drivers license.
※ If the vehicle is returned earlier than the contracted period, the basic fee for unused days will be refunded, minus a mid-term cancellation fee:
Mid-term cancellation fee: [Contracted basic fee - Actual usage fee] × 50% (maximum 6,000 yen excl. tax).
※ If you bring a pet (allowed in P5, W, and RV classes only), you must reserve in advance.
Pets must be in a cage with a protective sheet underneath.
A 500 yen (excl. tax) fee per rental applies.

We will pick you up with a shuttle bus.
<Shuttle Pick-Up Location>
- For customers using Terminal 1: Exit C1 on the 4th floor departure lobby and cross one crosswalk.
- For customers using Terminal 2 or Terminal 3: Exit the North 3 exit on the 1st floor arrival lobby of Terminal 2 and cross two crosswalks.

※ Shuttle pick-up takes 10-15 minutes.

<For Returning Customers>
If you wish to be dropped off at Narita Airport, the last shuttle departs at 19:30.

※ Providing your flight number at the time of reservation will ensure a smoother process.
