Please contact the rental office by direct telephone at the rental counter of each terminal and ask for the shuttle (It will take approximately 15 min to pick you up). And shuttle runs from the rental office to the airport after returning the vehicle. Shuttle available time: 8:00 to 19:30 Rental Counter location: Terminal 1 - Gate No. 3 and 4 , 1F South Wing. Terminal 2 - Gate No. 2 and 3, 1F Terminal 3 - Arrival Lobby, 2F We kindly advise you to allow sufficient time for departure and return. |

*You cannot specify the vehicle type and color. *There may be cases where we will prepare a car of a higher-class model without changing the usage fee and rental conditions you reserved. *A credit card is required for payment for the following classes: WH4 class(e.g.SERENA e-POWER), and W6 class(e.g.ELGRAND). *If you return the vehicle to us at any time before the expiration of the term of your rental agreement, we will refund you the unused portion of the basic charge. However, an appropriate halfway cancellation fee will be assessed. Our office is located a 2-minute walk away from the east exit of Otorii Station on the Keikyu Airport Line, near Toyoko Inn. Free shuttle service is available between the rental office and Haneda Airport.
