J-net Rent-A-Car New Chitose Airport store offers courtesy transport from New Chitose Airport. * The airport has no J-net Rent-A-Car information counter. Shuttle service is available from April to October, between 8:15 AM and 7:30 PM, and from November to March, between 8:15 AM and 6:30 PM. 1.Call us at toll-free TEL:+81-120-302-554 from your arrival gate. 2.Please exit the arrival gate and go through the automatic door to the outside. 3.Turn left and walk down the path along the main building. * It takes about 8 minutes if you walk from Arrival Gate 1. 4.Would you please wait for the J-net Rent-A-Car bus at the Authorized Vehicle Boarding Points South Side. ■ During the winter season, from November 1st to March 31st, our business hours are from 8:00 to 19:00. ■ In the Hokkaido region during the winter season, all vehicles come equipped with snow tires at no additional cost. (November 1st to March 31st) ■ Payment can be made using cash, credit cards, QR code payments, and other convenient methods. |

We have patrol shuttle bus to the store. （Car passing in the airport is prohibited.） 【Flow until arrival ~ store guidance】 １．After airport arrival, to the right hand exits the arrival port person who uses a Japan Airlines, Skymark Airlines, the person who uses the ANA · AirDo will head to the left and out of the arrival ports. ２．Our staff are waiting at OTS car rental reception counter. ３．Confirm your reservation details at the car rental reception counter. ４．Until the shuttle bus stop will guide you. ５．It becomes procedures and departure at the store. （From the airport to the store, it is a move in the shuttle bus of about 10 minutes.） ※After your return to Chitose Airport office will send up to at any time the airport. |

(Service offered: 9:00-18:00) Pick-up: Please visit Nippon Rent-A-Car counter in the Center Building (domestic arrival lobby). Then, we will provide a free shuttle service to our rental office. Return: Please return your rental vehicle to the rental office. Then, we will provide a free shuttle service to New Chitose Airport. ●We will pick you up from New Chitose Airport. After arriving at New Chitose Airport, please call to 0123-23-8700. ●The shuttle bus from the airport to the car rental branch will arrive within about 15 min. The pick-up location is right below the signboard of JAL/SKY/FDA at the general vehicle loading zone (general vehicle lane). If you see the shuttle bus with “Parking Garage” sticker on it, please inform your name to the driver. ●We are offering free pick-up service from the hotels in the central part of Chitose city. If you would like to use the pick-up service from the hotel, please call us before 12 pm at least a day before the pick-up date. ●After you return the car to the Chitose Kashiwadai branch, we will send you to the New Chitose Airport. ●Equipped with Navigation, ETC ●24 hours support desk is available for any accident or damage.
