・Please ensure you have a valid driver license recognized for driving in Japan, and bring it with you when you visit.
To drive in Japan, you need to have one of the following licenses
1.Passport + International Driving Permit issued by a Geneva Convention country based on the Geneva Convention
2.Passport + Foreign driver license (limited to five countries and one region*) + Japanese translation
*Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, Taiwan
If you cannot present either 1 or 2 at the time of your visit, we will not be able to rent you a car, and refunds will not be provided.

*You can specify the vehicle class.
*You cannot specify the vehicle type and color.
*There may be cases where we will prepare a car of a higher-class model without changing the usage fee and rental conditions you reserved.
*A credit card is required for payment for the following classes: WH4 class(e.g.SERENA e-POWER), and W6 class(e.g.ELGRAND).
*If you return the vehicle to us at any time before the expiration of the term of your rental agreement, we will refund you the unused portion of the basic charge.
However, an appropriate halfway cancellation fee will be assessed.
Halfway Cancellation Fee:[(originally agreed-upon basic charge) - (basic charge for the period of actual use of the vehicle)] × 50%
The early termination fee shall be limited to a maximum of 6,600 JPY.
*Please note that if you are traveling with a pet (only for P5, W and RV classes), you need to make a reservation at the store in advance.
*Pets should be placed in a cage and a special sheet should be laid under the cage.
*A pet ride fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged for each rental.
