ETC card is available for lease.
Please select “ETC Card” as an option when making a reservation.
You may also ask our staff at the reception desk.

【Regarding Studless tires】
Studless tires are provided as standard during the following periods :
From mid-November to early May (until around Golden Week, but subject to snowfall conditions.)

【Business hours】
Business hours may be reduced depending on the number of reservations at the branch.

【Regarding pets】
Please inquire at the branch if you wish to bring your pet.
Only customers who have agreed to the terms and conditions for pets are allowed to bring their pets on board.

【With Regard to Payments】
Cash, Credit cards, PayPay, Rakuten Pay and other electronic payments are accepted.

・Convenient because you can rent from a location right near the station!
・Please ensure you have a valid driver license recognized for driving in Japan, and bring it with you when you visit.
To drive in Japan, you need to have one of the following licenses
1.Passport + International Driving Permit issued by a Geneva Convention country based on the Geneva Convention
2.Passport + Foreign driver license (limited to five countries and one region*) + Japanese translation
*Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, Taiwan
If you cannot present either 1 or 2 at the time of your visit, we will not be able to rent you a car, and refunds will not be provided.
