*There may be cases where we will prepare a car of a higher-class model without changing the usage fee and rental conditions you reserved.
*A credit card is required for payment for the following classes: WH4 class(e.g.SERENA e-POWER), and W6 class(e.g.ELGRAND).
*If you return the vehicle to us at any time before the expiration of the term of your rental agreement, we will refund you the unused portion of the basic charge.
However, an appropriate halfway cancellation fee will be assessed.
Halfway Cancellation Fee:[(originally agreed-upon basic charge) - (basic charge for the period of actual use of the vehicle)] × 50%
The early termination fee shall be limited to a maximum of 6,600 JPY.
*Please note that if you are traveling with a pet (only for P5, W and RV classes), you need to make a reservation at the store in advance.
*Pets should be placed in a cage and a special sheet should be laid under the cage.
*A pet ride fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged for each rental.
*We do not provide pick-up and return service during non-business hours.

Deductible Amount: Up to ¥50,000 is waived

[Wide Coverage Plan]
In case of a single accident or hit-and-run, the vehicle damage deductible amount is waived up to ¥100,000.

[Non-operation charge (NOC)]
Coverage for repair-related downtime and non-operation due to accidents, regardless of the size of the accident, is provided for free.
If the vehicle can still be driven: ¥20,000
If the vehicle cannot be driven: ¥50,000

1）Customers arriving by taxi from Naha Airport will receive a 2,000 yen discount on the rental car fee.

2）If you need a pick-up service at Naha Airport or Akamine Station, please make sure to select "Naha Airport or Akamine Station" as an option when you make a reservation.

It takes about 15 minutes from Naha Airport (it may take about 30 minutes in case of traffic congestion).
We will send you a guide to the shuttle service to the email address you registered at the time of reservation, via this email (tomishiro@as-rentacar.jp), the day before your rental date.
Depending on the reservation status on the day, we may ask you to come to the store by taxi.
The taxi fare will be reimbursed upon exchange of the receipt.

***Joining the waiver compensation plan eliminates personal liability, but please be aware that if you fail to contact the police in the event of a violation or accident, and if there is no accident certificate, you will not be covered by the waiver compensation plan even if you are enrolled in it.
