*There may be cases where we will prepare a car of a higher-class model without changing the usage fee and rental conditions you reserved.
*A credit card is required for payment for the following classes: WH4 class(e.g.SERENA e-POWER), and W6 class(e.g.ELGRAND).
*If you return the vehicle to us at any time before the expiration of the term of your rental agreement, we will refund you the unused portion of the basic charge.
However, an appropriate halfway cancellation fee will be assessed.
Halfway Cancellation Fee:[(originally agreed-upon basic charge) - (basic charge for the period of actual use of the vehicle)] × 50%
The early termination fee shall be limited to a maximum of 6,600 JPY.
*Please note that if you are traveling with a pet (only for P5, W and RV classes), you need to make a reservation at the store in advance.
*Pets should be placed in a cage and a special sheet should be laid under the cage.
*A pet ride fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged for each rental.
*We do not provide pick-up and return service during non-business hours.

The domestic arrival lobby of Naha Airport is located on the 1st floor. After arriving at the airport and retrieving your checked baggage, please contact us at Line account (@okinawarentacar) and WhatsApp ID (+81 80-3222-0244). We will inform you of the pick-up location for the shuttle, and we'll be there to pick you up in approximately 5 minutes.

Located a 5-minute walk from Oroku Station on the Yui Rail from Naha Airport.
You can start your sightseeing tour of Okinawa right away because of its easy access.

[Notes for Use]
・Driver requirements: Driver must have held a valid license for at least 1 year and be between 20 and 65 years old.
・We cannot be held responsible for accidents or other incidents that occur if someone other than the above driver requirements drives the vehicle.
・Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle, including the use of e-cigarettes.
・If smoking is detected, a penalty fee of 50,000 yen will be charged, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Pets are not allowed in the vehicle, so please be aware of this in advance.

Until the end of May 2023, face-to-face reception is available from 9:00am to 6:00pm for vehicle rental and return.

Starting from June 2023, our service will be fully automated!
There will be no more waiting time for face-to-face reception, allowing you to enjoy your trip without wasting any time!
Unlock and lock the vehicle using your smartphone, and you can pick up and return the vehicle at your preferred time.

We will provide detailed instructions by email after your reservation.

We offer a free shuttle service between Naha Airport and our rental car office.
Look for the ABC Rent-a-Car sign near bus stop 11A at Naha Airport.
Our staff will be waiting for you there, so please approach them for assistance.


[Regarding assistance after 20:00]*Additional fee of JPY 3,300 per request applies.
*If you make a reservation in advance, we can assist you for flights departing or arriving at Naha Airport between 20:00 and 23:00.
*After 20:00, we can only provide assistance to customers with prior reservations. Please note that we are unable to provide assistance by phone or other means.
