Please note that our shuttle service is available only between Miyako Airport and the rental office. (Approximately 10 minutes by car)
We do not provide shuttle service between Shimojijima Airport.
At the Arrival Lobby on the 1st floor of Miyako Airport, our staff holding the "You-I Rent a car" sign will be waiting to guide you to the rental car shuttle bus stop.
※The shuttle service is available from 8:30 to 19:00.
Please make sure to provide your flight number when making a reservation. If the flight number is not provided, the shuttle service will not operate.
We recommend returning the vehicle approximately 120 minutes before your departure flight. Thank you.

When using our rental car service,
we strictly prohibit the transportation of pets such as dogs, cats, etc.
If it is discovered that a pet is being transported, we will charge a penalty of 50,000 yen,
so please comply with this rule.
