*All cars are non-smoking.Vehicle type and color cannot be specified.
*Drivers must have a drivers license for at least 1 year and be between 20 and 70 years old.
*The rental fee and terms and conditions of your reservation will remain the same, but we may prepare a higher class car.
*If you pay in cash, you will be asked to present our designated ID in addition to your drivers license.
*If you return the car after the contract period, the basic fee for the unused period will be refunded. However, a separate cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fee: [Basic fee at the time of contract - Basic fee for the period actually used] x 50%. However, the maximum amount is 10,000 yen (excluding tax).
*Pets are not allowed to ride in the car (using a gauge). When you use our rental car, you are not allowed to share the car with your dog, cat or any other animals. If you are found to be sharing the car with your pet, we will charge you a penalty of 50,000 yen. Please understand this in advance.
*Business hours may change depending on flight arrival and departure times.
