The airport shuttle service at Itami Airport is available from 10:00 to 19:00. Rentals and returns are not available outside of business hours.
-Shuttle Bus Pickup Location
After arriving at Itami Airport by plane, please exit the lobby and cross the crosswalk to the "shuttle space." A JTB representative will be waiting for you with a sign.
-Rental Car Return Information
After returning your rental car to the departure store, we will take you to Itami Airport by shuttle bus. During peak season, the airport can be very crowded, so we ask that you return your car 90 to 2 hours before your departure flight.
