Upon arrival at Chubu Centrair International Airport, we will arrange a shuttle service upon request.
A shuttle bus/car with a red and blue AVIS/BUDGET logo will pick you up to take you to the branch. It takes approximately 20 minutes to arrange the shuttle service. Please note that it may take up to 40 minutes dependeing on the traffic.
You can also walk to the branch from Tokoname Station. (approximately 8 minutes)

Upon arrival, please call us at 0569-36-3100. We will then arrange a shuttle service.

Pick up points:
[Terminal 1]
Please exit the Arrival Gate, go straight through the Access Plaza. Then proceed to the “General Car Pick-up zone” on the 1st floor of Building G of the multi-story parking lot P1. (approx. 10 min.)
[Terminal 2]
Please exit the Arrival Gate, go outside through the door and take the elevator up to the 2nd floor. Then follow the directions for the multi-story parking lot P3, and proceed to the “General Car Pick-up zone” on the 1st floor of Building S. (approx. 10 min.)

When returning the vehicle, please drop it off at the branch. We will then take you to the airport.
We kindly ask all customers departing from the airport to return the vehicle to the branch 2 hours prior to the departure of your flight.
