During the reservation, please inform us of your arrival flight and the number of people. According to your arrival time, we will provide free shuttle service from the airport to our store. (Approximately 3 minutes) The free shuttle service is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please return the vehicle one hour before your flight departure when you are leaving. We will provide shuttle service to the airport. ※Please note that the last shuttle service is not available, please understand in advance. Shuttle Bus Stop: In the 1st-floor arrival lobby, our staff will be holding a sign that says "Heisei Car Rentals," waiting for you.
