This shop is conveniently located - just turn right from JR Okayama Station’s east exit and walk for about 100 meters!

All cars are equipped with GPS and ETC card reader.
The Okayama shop also offers ETC Card rental (320 JPY per card per rental).

Snow tires are not complimentary, so those wishing to rent them should inquire in advance. (1080 JPY/set/24 h)
As we have a limited amount of snow tires, please be aware that we may not always have them in stock.

*There may be cases where we will prepare a car of a higher-class model without changing the usage fee and rental conditions you reserved.
*A credit card is required for payment for the following classes: WH4 class(e.g.SERENA e-POWER), and W6 class(e.g.ELGRAND).
*If you return the vehicle to us at any time before the expiration of the term of your rental agreement, we will refund you the unused portion of the basic charge.
However, an appropriate halfway cancellation fee will be assessed.
Halfway Cancellation Fee:[(originally agreed-upon basic charge) - (basic charge for the period of actual use of the vehicle)] × 50%
The early termination fee shall be limited to a maximum of 6,600 JPY.
*Please note that if you are traveling with a pet (only for P5, W and RV classes), you need to make a reservation at the store in advance.
*Pets should be placed in a cage and a special sheet should be laid under the cage.
*A pet ride fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged for each rental.

※ Vehicle type and color cannot be specified.
※ We may upgrade you to a higher class vehicle without changing your reserved rate or conditions.
※ Payment for W6 and WH4 classes is limited to credit card only.
※ For other classes, credit card payment is preferred. If paying in cash, please provide additional ID specified by our company along with your drivers license.
※ If the vehicle is returned earlier than the contracted period, the basic fee for unused days will be refunded, minus a mid-term cancellation fee:
Mid-term cancellation fee: [Contracted basic fee - Actual usage fee] × 50% (maximum 6,000 yen excl. tax).
※ If you bring a pet (allowed in P5, W, and RV classes only), you must reserve in advance.
Pets must be in a cage with a protective sheet underneath.
A 500 yen (excl. tax) fee per rental applies.
