※ If the vehicle is returned earlier than the contracted period, the basic fee for unused days will be refunded, minus a mid-term cancellation fee:

※ If you bring a pet (allowed in P5, W, and RV classes only), you must reserve in advance.
Pets must be in a cage with a protective sheet underneath.

After arriving at Narita Airport, please contact us at 0476-37-5537.
Our staff will arrange a shuttle vehicle to pick you up.

Shuttle Meeting Points:

For customers arriving at Terminal 1:
Please go to the 4th floor Departure Lobby and exit from Exit C1. Cross the pedestrian crossing directly in front of the exit and wait at that location.

For customers arriving at Terminal 2, Terminal 3, or by train:
Please go to the 3rd floor Departure Lobby of Terminal 2 and exit from North Exit 1. Cross one pedestrian crossing and wait at the location just across.

Please note that shuttle pickup may take approximately 10–15 minutes.

For customers returning vehicles and requiring a shuttle back to Narita Airport:
The last return shuttle departs at 19:30.
To ensure smooth service, we kindly ask that you provide your flight number when making your reservation.
