The shuttle bus (AVIS / BUDGET) will take 10-15 minutes to the branch. Pick up points: [Terminal 1] Please exit from C1 on the 4th floor (Departure Lobby) and proceed across the crosswalk. [Terminal 2] Please exit from North 3 on the 1st floor (Arrival Lobby) and proceed across the crosswalk. [Terminal 3] Please proceed to Terminal 2 and exit from North 3 on the 1st floor (Arrival Lobby) and proceed across the crosswalk. ※Please call us when you get to the pick up points. For customers arriving at Terminal 2, Terminal 3, or by train: Please go to the 3rd floor Departure Lobby of Terminal 2 and exit from North Exit 1. Cross one pedestrian crossing and wait at the location just across. Please note that shuttle pickup may take approximately 10–15 minutes. For customers returning vehicles and requiring a shuttle back to Narita Airport: The last return shuttle departs at 19:30.
