Cash, credit cards, and Rakuten Edy (available at some locations) are accepted.
For hybrid or one-box class vehicles, payment must be made by credit card only.

* If departure, return or both take place between 23:00 and 04:59, a separate late-night fee will be charged. If both departure and return take place between the aforementioned times, the late-night fee will only apply to the departure time. Please note that any late-night fees are not displayed on-screen at the time of reservation.

* If the intended driver has obtained their driver's license less than 1 year ago, that person, as a requirement for renting the vehicle, may be requested to be acommpanied in the front passenger seat by someone with at least 3 years driving experience as a safety adviser.

* Drivers who obtained their drivers license less than one year ago and drivers under the age of 21 may not be allowed to opt into a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

* Some rental outlets may refuse rental if the number of times your drivers license has been re-issued exceeds a certain threshold.

#Dates and times cannot be altered#

* If you are unable to rent the vehicle in accordance with the details currently specified in your reservation, we request that you cancel your current reservation, and then make a new reservation in accordance with your preferred date.
