A free shuttle service is available from the international terminal to the branch (approximately 7 minutes)

1. After coming out of the arrival gate on the first floor, please call us at 070-8436-9895. We will then come to collect you.

2. Please take the elevator to the departure lobby on the third floor.

3. Exit through the nearest door, proceed to the right and go past the police station. Then you will find the "Car Rental Shuttle Service Area".

4. The shuttle service will take you to the branch.

The early termination fee shall be limited to a maximum of 6,600 JPY.

*A pet ride fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged for each rental.

* If departure, return or both take place between 23:00 and 04:59, a separate late-night fee will be charged. If both departure and return take place between the aforementioned times, the late-night fee will only apply to the departure time. Please note that any late-night fees are not displayed on-screen at the time of reservation.

* If the intended driver has obtained their driver's license less than 1 year ago, that person, as a requirement for renting the vehicle, may be requested to be acommpanied in the front passenger seat by someone with at least 3 years driving experience as a safety adviser.

* Drivers who obtained their drivers license less than one year ago and drivers under the age of 21 may not be allowed to opt into a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

* Some rental outlets may refuse rental if the number of times your drivers license has been re-issued exceeds a certain threshold.

* If you are unable to rent the vehicle in accordance with the details currently specified in your reservation, we request that you cancel your current reservation, and then make a new reservation in accordance with your preferred date.
